Draft for owner and legal review

Privacy policy

This draft describes the enquiry forms on flashup360.com. It is not a finished legal document. Have it reviewed before you rely on it.

What the forms collect

Name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, event date, event type, city, guest count, the experience you are considering, and any message you write. Corporate enquiries also ask for a company name.

Why

To reply about availability, a quote, or a booking. The site does not ask for card numbers. If Paystack is later connected, card details are handled by Paystack, not stored in this website.

Where it sits today

Until a server endpoint is configured, an enquiry is kept in this browser and you are offered a WhatsApp or email message containing the same details. When an endpoint is added, the enquiry is also sent there for the team to read.

Analytics

Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel load only if their IDs are added in the site configuration. They are not installed by default.
